Service regulations

The importance of the concepts used in the regulations:

1. Regulations – these Service Regulations.

2. Store-website, online store located at www.princesse-academy.com.

3. Administrator – Star Valley Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krakow, Main Square 28. Registered under the KRS number 0000800552, NIP 6762569902, REGON 38418426, also called Princesse® Academy or operator.

4. User – using the Store’s website, a natural or legal person.

5. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity, which, on the principles set out in these Regulations, purchases Products

6. Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to his business or professional activity within the meaning of Art. 22 (1) of the Civil Code.

7. Entrepreneur – a natural person or legal person performing a legal act directly related to his business or professional activity within the meaning of Art. 22 (1) of the Civil Code.

8. Personal data – all information on an identified or identifiable natural person.

9. Civil Code – Act of April 23, 1964. (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1025).

10. Course-an entertainment digital content-audiovisual recording constituting the subject of the sale of Princesse® Academy, hereinafter also called the product, optionally supplemented with other digital content, decks like an e-book or digital graphics.

11. Purchase of the course – purchase of a course without transferring copyright and exclusiveness entitling only to play and read the course for your own use.

12. Discount coupons – vouchers entitling to specific discounts that cannot be purchased by buying and may have a specific validity period.

13. Data administrator – store owner.

14. The Personal Data Protection Act – Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).

15. GDPR – Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws . EU L 119, p. 1).

16. The Act on the provision of electronic services – Act of July 18, 2002. on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2017. item 1219).

17. Act on Consumer Rights – Act of 30 May 2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2017 item 683).

1. The administrator and operator of the Princesse® Academy store is Star Valley Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krakow, Main Square 28. Registered under the KRS number 0000800552, NIP 6762569902.

2. The user using the website or the store and the customer buying any product, thus declares that he has read the regulations and accepts it in its entirety.

3. These Regulations shall specify in particular:

a) conditions for concluding products for the sale of products between customers and Princesse® Academy;

b) conditions for presenting the Princesse® Academy offer;

c) rules for purchasing products offered by Princesse® Academy;

d) rules of complaint;

e) principles of processing and personal data protection policy;

f) Rules for changing the regulations.

4. Regulations are available in electronic form at www.princesse-academy.com.

5. Princesse® Academy can organize discounts for all or some customers.

6. All content posted in the Store are works within the meaning of the Act of 4 4.9994 on copyright and related rights. Copyright in these works belong to the administrator or indicated authors. Using works in other fields of operation than those resulting from their purpose or character requires agreement with Princesse® Academy.

7. The condition for purchasing the course is the acceptance of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy by the User, available at: www.princesse-academy.com.

8. The content of the Regulations may be obtained at any time free of charge, recreated and fixed by the user.

1. The purpose of the store’s activity is to sell entertainment products.

2. All advice transmitted by Princesse® Academy are subjective, do not contain binding medical, educational and psychological advice, nor do they guarantee the correct message. The administrator does not bear any responsibility for how the user will use the information obtained.

3. Store users can only use it if the products delivered via the store are legal in the country where the user is located or which he is a citizen.

4. The products proposed by the Administrator in the form of the content of courses cannot be treated as a substitute for legal, financial, medical or psychological or life advice.

5. Princesse® Academy can only be adults.

6. To use the Online Store, you need:

a) computer, telephone, tablet or other device with internet access;
b) access to e -mail;
c) recommended screen resolution above 1024 px;
d) Web browser, with JavaScript enabled and cookies accepting:
I. Internet Explorer in a version not older than 7.0 with JavaScript and cookies enabled;
II. Mozilla Firefox in a version not older than 3.0 or newer with JavaScript and Cookies on support;
III. Google Chrome in a version not older than 8 or newer with JavaScript and Cookies enabled;
IV. Opera in a version not older than 9;

6. The Administrator provides the following ways of communication with the user: e-mail info@princessse-academy.com, telephone +48 578 364 251 and the contact form located at www.princesse-academy.com.

7. The products available in the store are payable. Payment is for them by selecting one of the payment forms of payment indicated by the Administrator.

8. Product order is done by adding a product to the basket and then use the “Place order” button in the store www.princesse-academy.com.

9. In order to process the order, it is necessary to choose the form of payment, as well as provide data such as: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, entrepreneur’s data.

10. Clicking the “Confirm order” button results in placing a binding order for products in the basket. Placing the order is confirmed by e -mail within 48 hours immediately after sending the order. The conclusion of a binding contract takes place with the order. Please note that the ordered products will be sent after paying their full price.

11. The delivery time shall take place immediately after the payment is credited to the Administrator’s account, which should take place within 30 days from placing the order, unless the customer was unable to fulfill the benefit not by his fault and informed the administrator about it.

12. The course is a product whose duration is 12 months.

13. User – if he has the status of a consumer – agrees that the delivery of digital content occurs immediately after the conclusion of the contract. The administrator informs that under general terms, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion. The user – with the status of a consumer – acknowledges that he is not entitled to the above right to withdraw if the delivery of digital content takes place immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

14. All data provided by Users for the implementation of specific services are transferred in accordance with art. 2 points 2 c) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation) under activities on purely personal character

15. The inability to contact the store after paying funds for the reasons for which the Administrator is not responsible may not constitute grounds for demanding the return of the funds paid.

16. Providing an erroneous e-mail address during registration, loss of data for login and thus blocking access to purchased products due to the user’s fault is not the basis for the request to return the funds paid or any other claims against the administrator.

17. The administrator makes every effort to ensure that users can use the full functionality of the store around the clock, but reserves that in order to carry out maintenance, update or repair or because of failure, natural disaster, war, servers, administrative and legal decisions, and judgments court, legal regulations, may temporarily or permanently suspend the functioning of some or all functionalities of the store, and thus access to purchased courses. The customer who purchased the course is not entitled to compensation and the refund of paid funds.

18. The administrator makes every effort to ensure that the store and its functionalities work properly. However, the Administrator reserves that he is not responsible for the incorrect operation of the store and its functionality. This provision does not limit consumers under legal provisions.

19. The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily total or partial exclusion of the online store without prior warning of users in a situation where:

a) works related to the modernization or technical service of the Online Store are carried out;
b) exclusion is a consequence of an event commonly referred to as the force ma telecommunications or hosting services;
c) exclusion takes place as a result of an administrative and legal decision, court judgments, legal regulations.

20. The customer who purchased access to the course is not entitled to compensation or refund of paid funds. The administrator is also not liable for damages resulting from the temporary or partial shutdown of the store.

21. Messages sent to the store and comments on the social media of the Store should be edited in a clear way and may not include:

a) profanity, obscene, pornographic content or calling to spread hatred, racism, xenophobia and conflicts between nations;
b) contact details of users or other people, in particular: name and surname, place of residence, telephone number or e-mail address; Except for user logins
c) website addresses;
d) advertising content.

22. If you receive such messages, the Store reserves the right to lock the user or customer and block access to the course without the right to return the fee.

1. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to sell the course to the client without giving a reason.

2. By playing the content of the course, the Customer will be familiar with some knowledge covering the methodology to which the course relates. This is a subjective opinion and does not constitute a basis or preparation for the real performance of the procedure presented in the course. The administrator is not responsible for the content and advice contained in courses and attached publications. The administrator is not responsible for applying them in practice. This also applies to all health content, the use of dangerous tools. The user realizes that the use of needles, tools and medical devices as well as medicines can be dangerous and is solely responsible for using these items after getting inspired by the course.

3. The Administrator does not guarantee the customer to achieve the effect associated with the subject of the course. The customer is only responsible for the way he uses the methodology presented to him, in particular for using them contrary to the instructions of the leader or the law in force in the country of his residence.

4. The courses and their content are provided in the state they are currently in and in which they are available. The administrator does not make any statements or guarantees as to the usefulness, reliability, availability, timeliness, safety, lack of errors or accuracy of the content and clearly excludes all guarantees or conditions (clear or implied), including implied guarantees of trade usefulness, usefulness for a specific purpose.

5. The Customer declares that he will not submit any claims against courses or materials from them.

6. It is forbidden for the Customer to conduct training or courses based on courses or with similar content, as well as the use of formulas or scenarios similar to the courses sold by Princesse® Academy under pain of contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 500,000 (five hundred thousand zlotys).

7. Princesse® Academy reserves the right to change the subject of the course, its content and presentation at any time. The client declares that in this case he is abandoning all claims against the administrator. The administrator does not bear any responsibility for the losses incurred by the client related to the introduction of changes in the course.

8. Transferring the right to purchased access to the course to another person is impossible.

9. The customer purchasing the course declares that he has the right to perform procedures presented during the course within the country of his residence. The administrator is not legal responsibility for the purchase of a course by a person without authorization.

10. The Administrator shall not be responsible for the quality of the connection and in the event of its loss, the cost of the course is not returned, and the date of use of the course cannot be extended.

11. The Administrator has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect, if the User violates the rules of using the Store specified in these Regulations or copyright.

1. The user has the option of setting up his individual account in the store, which one is authorized to use.

2. During registration in the store, the User is obliged to provide the following data:

e-mail adress;
first name and last name;
Phone number;
login;
address;
Name and company NIP.

3. The administrator provides the possibility of subsequent editing of data provided during registration.

4. The name and surname provided during registration automatically entered on the certificate issued for the course. It is not possible to edition later.

5. The data entered by the User may not be addresses of websites and cannot contain public or hidden advertising.

6. The Administrator reserves the right to delete the User’s Account in the event of a violation of his obligations arising from these Regulations.

7. The User bears full responsibility for the content of data provided during registration.

8. The User declares that the data provided by him:

a) they are not untrue, inaccurate or misleading;
b) do not violate the rights of third parties, including trademarks, trade secrets, or personal rights;

9. Consumer personal data will be processed for purposes related to the acquisition of access to the Store.

10. The User has the right to inspect his personal data and the right to correct them or request their removal.

11. If you want to buy a product for several users, but for one company, you should create a separate account for each of them.

12. If you contact us in order to gain access to the account, we will only provide it after obtaining information from the user that allows us to verify that he is actually the owner of the account.

13. In the event of the user’s death, his account will be closed and the purchased products will be permanently deleted from it without the possibility of obtaining any compensation by the heirs.

14. The Administrator reserves the right to interfere in the User Account in order to remove irregularities in the functioning of the Store, disturbances in the functioning of the account or to improve and expand the scope of the Store or for purposes related to copyright protection.

15. The customer is entitled to delete his user account at any time. To this end, the customer should send an appropriate statement to the Administrator to electronic form to info@princesse-academy.com from the e-mail address to which the account in the store is registered.

1. The conclusion of the Newsletter service contract is free and is made at the moment of the full and correct enrollment of the newsletter via the store’s website. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The Customer may terminate the contract for the provision of the above-mentioned services at any time by completing the procedure provided by the Administrator after pressing the “Write” button or by sending a request to info@princesse-academy.com. The user’s postal account is deleted from the address base immediately and is signaled by a message confirming the operation.

2. The Administrator reserves the right to completely stop providing the newsletter service after notifying its users, without giving a reason. The moment of notification of the user is the moment of termination of the contract for the provision of the newsletter service.

1. Copyright to the content published in the store has an administrator.

2. Copyright are protected by all graphic and text elements, technical solutions and other elements of the store’s website, in particular the HTML and XHTML code, CSS sheets, JavaScript scripts and multimedia links, as well as texts, graphics, photos, sounds and other materials made available in the store, content of courses and electronic publications.

3. Copying, consolidating elements or a whole store in any way and in any form by the user or customer is prohibited.

4. The Customer Buyer The Course declares that he will not record, reproduce, record or spread in any form and will not transfer access to the course to third parties or provide a course for watching or listening to a fee or free of charge under a contractual penalty of PLN 500,000 (five hundred thousands of zlotys).

5. The User is obliged to keep secret and secure the login and password to access the User Account in such a way that unauthorized persons do not have access to them and bears full legal responsibility for gaining access to the account by third parties.

1. Codes and discount coupons can only be used before buying a course.

2. The customer must inform himself about his discount before buying the course.

3. Informing about the discount after purchasing the course will not result in a refund for this discount.

4. Coupons and discount codes cannot be transferred to third parties.

5. The discounts granted can only be used to obtain a discount on a specific product and they cannot be transferred to any products and services sold by Star Valley Sp. z o. o.

6. Codes and discount coupons are single use.

7. Using the obtained code or discount coupon depends on the customer. The customer has the option of not using the discount code transferred, in such a situation it is enough not to enter the discount code transferred in the basket when shopping.

8. The rebate code can only be used if the user has an account in the store, i.e. after logging in or registering such an account in the store.

9. Discount codes do not add up with each other. Only one rebate code may be used in the order.

10. The Administrator has the right to refuse to implement the discount code in the event of its expiry date. Thus, the rebate code expires with the expiry date.

1. Complaints in matters related to the use of the Store can only be submitted in writing to the address Star Valley sp.z o.o. Rynek Główny 28, 31-010 Kraków or by e-mail to info@princesse-academy.com.

2. The complaint must contain a detailed description of the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase of the product and its name, proof of payment, name and surname of the customer and its correspondence address. Complaints not containing this data may not be considered.

3. The Administrator examines the complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt of a complete complaint application, i.e. together with full information regarding the reason for the complaint. The customer will be notified by the Administrator immediately about any deficiencies in the complaint. Along with such a notification, information will be sent how to complete the deficiencies in the complaint.

4. Please be advised that the clients are entitled to use out -of -court ways to consider complaints and seek claims in accordance with the procedure of the internet resolution of disputes developed by the European Commission available on the website: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/Main/? Event = main.home.show.

5. Technical problems should be reported to info@princesse-academy.com.

1. All payment returns are automatically made to the account used for payment. In the event of payment by bank transfer, the payment account will be returned to the account from which the transfer was made.

2. In the case of payment by a credit card or cash, a return will be made to the bank account indicated in writing.

3. In the event of payment by the PayPal Store, the return will take place to the PayPal account from which the transfer has been made.

4. Returns are not carried out in cash.

1. The administrator is the administrator of personal data obtained from the User or Customer. The user voluntarily provides his personal data to the scope required by the Administrator.

2. Personal data obtained by the Administrator during the ordering procedure is processed only for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded with the User, in accordance with the principles indicated in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

3. Personal data provided by the User may be made available only to entities that support the sales procedure and delivery of goods, i.e. administrator employees and companies cooperating in marketing.

4. Personal data is stored on servers leased from a hosting company.

5. The User has the rights indicated in art. 15-22 GDPR, i.e. the right to access data and obtain information on how it is processed, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to objection.

6. The Administrator declares that he meets all requirements for the processing of personal data, which impose on him the provisions of generally applicable law, including primarily the GDPR. The seller also declares that he makes every effort to achieve the highest possible standard for personal data protection processed in his company.

7. The Customer declares that he allows the publication of his certificate with the name, surname and date of receipt of the certificate in our public certificate database in the Test the Certificate at www.princesse-academy.com.

1. The offers available at www.princesse-academy.com may be used by people aged at least 18 outside the United States and 21 years in the United States.

2. The days of work days are considered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Some regional jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied guarantees, so some of the exclusions contained in these regulations may not apply.

1. The store enables payments via credit cards, fast PayU and PayPal transfers.

2. The Administrator has the right to limit or change the available payment methods at any time without having to change the Regulations.

3. All prices in the store are gross prices and include VAT competent for Poland.

4. Poland is considered to be the country of sales, where the administrator has its headquarters.

5. Changes regarding the prices of products in the Store do not require a change in the Regulations and do not affect the contracts concluded before making changes to the store.

6. The cost of the course may vary depending on the type of payment selected and the region from which the course was ordered.

7. The Customer declares that he understands that in order to receive a VAT invoice, he must provide company data, including NIP when registering. If these data are not provided during registration, issuing an invoice after making the payment will not be possible, even after completing the data.

8. In the event of resignation from the course within a shorter period than the period for which it was bought for reasons attributable to the user, no part of the fee is refundable.

1. The court competent for consideration of disputes is a common and local court for the administrator.

2. Regardless of the country that the User uses the Store, the use of the Store is subject to the legal provisions of Poland, and the User agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Poland.

3. In matters not covered in these Regulations, appropriate law shall apply.

4. Each party may apply individually against the other party. This means that neither the user nor the administrator can bring a claim as a plaintiff or participant in a collective lawsuit in a group lawsuit, a collective complaint or an action brought by authorized entities and issuing a judgment in the case of one person has an influence only on the person who brought a claim, not and not On other users, and cannot be used to decide on disputes of other users.

5. The administrator may make changes to the regulations for important reasons. Changes dictated by changes in the technological, legal, economic or organizational aspect of conducting business, as well as changes in the structure or in the content of the store.

6. The Administrator shall notify the user about each change of regulations, via e-mail to the address indicated on the User’s account. Amending the Regulations does not require amendment of the contract concluded between the User and the Administrator. If, within 7 business days of announcing changes to the Regulations, the User does not submit a statement of a statement of refusal to accept changes to the Regulations, it is assumed that the User has accepted the new content of the Regulations. Refusal to accept changes to the regulations means the user’s resignation from using the store (the account will be blocked and deleted, the user will lose access to purchased products, and payments for purchased courses will not be returned).

These Regulations enter into force on 01.12.2022.
